Not quite ready for the left seat? At Endeavor, you will be eligible to upgrade to Captain upon reaching the required regulatory hours. 

For pilots with no prior Part 121 experience, upgrades are projected at 24 months. 

Plus: You are eligible to earn up to $110,000 in bonuses after upgrade and in the 24 months after.
